JoyliBaby is a curated eCommerce platform offering baby-related products sourced from third-party suppliers under a dropshipping model.

We do not manufacture, warehouse, or directly ship products ourselves. All products are fulfilled by independent suppliers.


By placing an order, you acknowledge that JoyliBaby acts as an intermediary only, and not as the producer, packager, or shipper of the products.

2. Order Processing and Fulfillment

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days.
  • Delivery times range from 10–25 business days, depending on your location and the supplier.
  • Most products are shipped from suppliers located in China or other international warehouses.
  • Tracking numbers, when available, will be provided. Please allow up to 7 days for tracking information to become active.
  • We are not liable for delays due to customs, pandemics, weather events, strikes, or other causes beyond our control.

3. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • All return and refund requests are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Refunds or replacements are only available for:
  1. Items received damaged or defective
  2. Orders not delivered within 60 days of the order date
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery or the estimated delivery date.
  • Cancellations are only possible before the order has been processed or shipped.
  • Refunds are issued at our discretion and may require photographic evidence.
  • We do not offer refunds or returns for:
  1. Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  2. Customer change-of-mind
  3. Customs delays or rejections

4. Product Descriptions & Accuracy

  • We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability are accurate.
  • However, due to variations from suppliers, actual products may differ slightly in appearance, color, size, or packaging.
  • All images are for illustrative purposes only and may not represent exact final products.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping and contact details.
  • JoyliBaby is not responsible for:
  1. Delivery failures due to incorrect addresses
  2. Unclaimed packages or missed deliveries
  3. Customs delays, rejections, or import fees
  • Customers are responsible for complying with local import regulations, taxes, and duties.

6. Intellectual Property


All content on joylibaby.com—including but not limited to images, product data, logos, branding, and written materials—is the exclusive property of JoyliBaby or its content providers.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent from us.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Products are sold “as is” and “as available”, without any warranties unless explicitly stated by the manufacturer.
  • We do not guarantee:
  1. Product durability or suitability for specific purposes
  2. Compliance with safety or medical standards
  • All items must be used under adult supervision. JoyliBaby does not provide medical, safety, or certification guarantees.

8. Limitation of Liability


To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • JoyliBaby shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data, or goodwill.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to a product or transaction shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific product.
